Training resources for people working with older women with disability who may experience domestic, family or sexual violence

Older women and women with disability have unique life experiences that can impact their experience of domestic, family and sexual violence.

Frontline workers play a critical role in supporting, and advocating for, older women and women with a disability. The Office of the Women’s Safety Commissioner has partnered with the Ageing and Disability Commission to upskill frontline workers and others so they can effectively prevent, identify and respond to domestic, family and sexual violence directed at older women and women with disability.
