How DCJ Preview works

For DCJ websites pages to be visible and shared by users they are moved to or built in DCJ Preview.

When ready for circulation the pages and assets are published. Content owners and stakeholders are able to view and circulate URLs to internal or external users in order to review their pages. 

To access and view the page a user will need the URL. 

Note that all pages published within the DCJ Preview section:

• cannot be accessed by any dynamically generated navigation menus within the DCJ website.
• are hidden from the DCJ website's internal search as well as external search engines such as Google.
• are not visible in the DCJ website's sitemap.

Before your pages are officially published they will need to be moved back to their correct location within the website. The preview links will cease to function once content is moved.
