Requests to use Court premises are subject to approval and fees may apply. All approvals for the use of Court premises (including filming and Court hire requests) are subject to the Department of Communities and Justice meeting its core business priorities. Accordingly, the Department of Communities and Justice maintains the right to refuse any application.

Any booking request for use of AVL facilities in Courthouses is to be made to the relevant Court Registrar (in writing) on a case-to-case basis. The Registrar will consider with respect to relevant bookings on that day, and the use of AVL suites facilities will be prioritised in accordance with the operation of the Court.
For non-core business users, the Courts available for AVL requests is limited to the locations outlined in AVL Suites Available for Booking by Non-Core Business Users (PDF, 211.3 KB)
