Provide Quality Customer Service Community Corrections – AA Workshop

Course overview

This workshop focuses on building communication skills that Administrative Assistants require when working with people.

The workshop will enable staff to further develop their professional language in the workplace. A key component of the training focuses on developing the conflict resolution skills of staff when dealing with both external and internal stakeholders by phone, email, or face to face interactions.

Course outcomes

At the conclusion of this workshop learners will be able to develop an awareness of the key stakeholders in their environment, develop a rapport with stakeholders and utilise professional language when communicating via telephone, email and face to face interactions.

Entry requirements

Open to Community Corrections Administration staff.

Delivery mode

This workshop will require completion of the following;

  • Face to face / Virtual attendance (1 day)

  • 11 February 2025 (Virtual-MS Teams)
  • 6 May 2025 (Virtual-MS Teams)
