If you would like to make a complaint, please use our online complaint portal. If you would like to provide additional information and/or documents for an existing complaint, you must provide the reference number of your complaint.
If you need to contact the officer allocated to your complaint please send an email to our office olsc@justice.nsw.gov.au, quoting your reference number (located at the top right hand side of correspondence).
The Office of the NSW Legal Services Commissioner can arrange a telephone interpreter when required.
This is a free service for people who do not speak English, as the OLSC accepts the charges for the service.
