The NSW Legal Services Commissioner is an independent statutory officer appointed by the Governor of NSW, on the recommendation of the Attorney General. The NSW Legal Services Commissioner reports to Parliament through the New South Wales Attorney General.
The Governor appointed Samantha Gulliver as the NSW Legal Services Commissioner on 4 March 2024.
