Delegations

The Uniform Law and Uniform Rules apply and have been implemented in New South Wales, Victoria and Western Australia.

​Pursuant to section 28 of the Uniform Law:

​​1.  The NSW Legal Services Commissioner may delegate any of their functions under this Act (other than this power of delegation) or the Uniform Law to any member of the staff of the NSW Legal Services Commissioner or to a person of a class prescribed by the regulations.

2. The NSW Legal Services Commissioner may delegate any of their Chapter 5 functions to the Council of the NSW Bar Association or the Council of the Law Society of NSW.​​
