Support for young people with disability

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides a range of services including information and referrals, support to access services and activities, personal plans and funded supports.

If you already have an NDIS package prior to the age of 15, your caseworker will speak with you about reviewing your NDIS plan when you turn 15. This is because your Leaving Care plan begins from 15 years of age, and both your NDIS plan and Leaving Care plan should work together to help you reach your goals.
