2024-25 indexation for non-government organisations

DCJ will pay 3.75% indexation on eligible contracts from late August/ early September 2024.

A back dated indexation payment will be paid from 1 July 2024. Indexation is paid on the annual funding base. Indexation will then be included with other payments as scheduled in contracts, for most providers this will be quarterly. 2024-25 indexation will also be built into the funding base (or unit price) for the remaining term of the contract period.

Contracts are eligible for indexation if the contract  has been active for at least 12 months prior to July 2024, or were extended from last financial year, and on programs where DCJ contracts providers to deliver human services. It does not apply to one off payments or one off grants.

DCJ will directly advise eligible service providers when the indexation payment is made.
